These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Mint Cosmetic Tattoo ("the Company") to its customers. By accessing our website, www.mintcosmetictattoo.com, and booking an appointment through our online platform at https://square.site/appointments/book/ANSP5FAB9XEQ3/mint-brows-okc-oklahoma-city-ok, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Guest Policy

Please refrain from bringing additional guests to accompany you to your appointment. To ensure a focused and undistracted session, it is important that the appointment is centered around you. For special circumstances, please reach out via email to discuss further arrangements.

2. Children Policy

For safety and liability concerns, no children are allowed in the studio during appointments. Please make appropriate childcare arrangements before your scheduled appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy

A 72-hour notice of cancellation is required. When booking your appointment, you must agree to this policy. Failure to provide a 72-hour notice of cancellation will result in a cancellation fee.

Touch Up Cancellation Fee: $150
Full Session Cancellation Fee: If you fail to give a 72-hour notice of cancellation, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost.
No Show Fee: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of your appointment cost.
4. Late Policy

If you are more than ten minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee will be charged.

5. Medical Considerations

The following indications are not suitable for eyebrow services:

Allergy or sensitivity to lidocaine, prilocaine, benzocaine, tetracaine, or epinephrine.
Heart conditions or the use of heart medication.
Skin disease or irritations in the brow area.
Taking blood-thinning medications.
Recent Botox treatment within the last 10 days.
Use of Accutane within the past year.
Recent chemical peels within the last 4 weeks.
Diabetes (a physician's note is required).
Currently undergoing chemotherapy.
Problems with healing.
Serious medical conditions (a physician's note is required).
Pregnant or nursing.
Trichotillomania.
Currently undergoing fertility treatments.
Please consult with a medical professional before proceeding with our services if you have any concerns or conditions not listed above.

6. Refunds

No refunds will be provided for services rendered.

7. Google Analytics and Data Collection

We use Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior. However, we do not collect any personal user information. By using our website, you acknowledge and agree to the use of Google Analytics in accordance with their terms of service and privacy policy.
